BC PNP rule clarification

Hi, I'm on spousal open work permit and my profile is healthtech business analyst. I hv been employed by an organization reporting to Ontario office but working remotely from BC and getting my tax deducted as per BC rules.
My query is am I eligible for BC PNP as my employer is based in Ontario. How do I sort this issue and which is the best way to get in the pool and expediate PR.

No. Employer must be based in BC. Employer must fill out the forms for the job offer and show proof of being in BC. See requirements for employers as they must show BC business registration number.
