BC PNP- Question about recommendation letter

Hello: everyone,

I intend to apply BC PNP as an International student under skilled worker category.

I need my employer to write me a recommendation letter to describe how I can contribute my company's future success. Can someone give me some ideas about this? How long does this recommendation require? What kind of information PNP staffs need to find on my recommendation letter besides the three points on PNP website?
