BC PNP Occupation and Education Field

Hello Friends,
currently, I am working at a Subway store as a Food Supervisor, but I am graduated with a program in Biotechnology.

I want to apply under international Graduate category which does not require any previous experience, but I am confused about education field and job sector. I have couple of years part time experience in Hospitality sector.

Is there any IELTS or English test required under Food Supervisor category or no?
Is education field and occupation sector really matters or no?

Please send me some information regarding these issues..

If your job code fell under 0,A, or B, then no language test needed.
