I sent my application on July 11 to BC PNP. Yesterday on July 22 they charged the processing fee from my credit card. But I didn't get my file number yet.

We share stories to give hope, inspiration and in any goodness way to people. I'm glad that I gave that to you. I think you have enough time and if in case you run out of time, What you could do, of which, I consider as my option if things haven't turned out the way it is. I think you can try to still send your work permit extension , send a paper application this will buy you some time and hoping by then your nomination will arrive and you can send it to them ASAP. This way you'll have an implied status and can continue to work until a decision will be made, but given your timeline I think you'll be okay.

No news......the first month just passed my working visa is going to expire soon...

That is what i think too, I will send them an email 1 month before my WP expired, that is the first week of September. After I got their reply, i will know what to do for the next.
Either just sent out the work permit extension by mail (but the problem is I am under IEC) or restore my status to visitor while waiting.

Thank you! I filed my documents on 4th of July... more than 1000 file... incredible, isn't it?
That's probably the reason why they shifted from 10-12 weeks to 5-6 months...
anyway I got my # after 12 days that gives me some hope...
