I am currently in process of applying for PNP in BC, we have an issue regarding lack of business license from the job offer company. They don't have one due to being based out of an unincorporated town, but they do have a warehouse in Vancouver in which I work from. Just wondering if this will be an issue going forward. I qualify for the Tech Pilot scheme.
The company has sent off a business license application today but it could take time to arrive (unsure if it'll actually be needed) - I have however been given the certificate of incorporation for the business.
Also is it possible to get a bridging visa or extended work permit after submitting your PNP Tech Pilot application?
