BC PNP Guidance Required - Employer Requirement

Hi,

Let me start with brief background of my case.

My case is Intra Company Transfer for 2 Year duration to Canada Subsidiary and I have already been into British Columbia for past 6 months. My skill is into high demand growth areas and falls into BC PNP Tech Pilot program 29 skills.

My employer is not willing to fill Job offer letter and recommendation letter for PR along with all required employer requirements as they
want to avoid flight risk if I get PR.

I have credence letter for designation, salary and duration in Canada for this position.Current WP has still 18 months left.

Is above along with any declaration from me be sufficient enough to take my case forward ? If not, please advise if any alternative
available.

Dear Martin,

Even though I am not an expert but per my understanding, you can directly apply for PR under express entry system after checking your eligibility on cic.gc.ca or your can check with any consultant or connect with any other employer

PNP points are must for me, CRS score is 300 only.

Will other employer entertain and open to LMIA prior to release of offer ?

Hi all . I was on lmia supported work permit for food service supervisor . then I aplied for EEBCPNP with Lmia exempt job offer for restaurant manager with same employer and I got my bcpnp approved, My question is Am I elligible to get my 600 bcpnp points in express entry profile .
Secondly ,Will my old work permit work if I had got new one with bcpnp support letter.I m scared if it is a big mistake . let me clear my express entry profile was generated with lmia work permit. I got new work permit on border but when I was filling forms for express entry it was asking whether your work permit is m=lmia exempt . I answered yes. then at the end when I saw my elligibility score it was showing 63.Earlier It was 78 with previous work permit . I dont know what should I mention .previous lmia supported work or new one. plz ans. ASAP. I want to mention here that I have worked on lmia work permit for 6 months only.

My employer is now willing to provide recommendation letter.

As i understand given my case is of ICT hence LMIA exempt and doesn't require job posting and job offer letter.

I'm going ahead submission only with following documents from employer, can some one confirm is this is OK ?

Credence letter for designation, salary and duration in Canada for this position
Pay Stubs
Recommendation Letter

Any update on this? I am in the exact same situation. I didn’t submit this document in the first submission however the case worker is asking for this recruitment efforts evidence over email. What should be the response from employer?
