Hello,
I had a question about applying for the PNP program while on a 12 month working holiday. I have been employed from the very begging of my working holiday and am approaching the 9 month mark to be eligible for the PNP ELSS application in a couple of months.
I was wondering what happens if it takes more than 3 months to process the PNP application. Would my PNP application at that moment be void or is there a way to stay even if takes a few more weeks? On the BC PNP website it says you need continuous employment during the application process but how is this possible if you can only apply after 9 out of your 12 months? I know that the IEC working Visa cannot be extended so after 12 months my employment would be legally terminated, hence it is impossible to get the PNP through the working holiday visa even if everything goes perfectly?
Is the only option to get an LMO/LMIA (Which seems to be impossible where I work in Vancouver anyways).
Thanks.
