BC PNP CLB level?

Hi, I have Reading 7.5 ; Speaking 7.5 ; Listening 7 ' Writing 6.5 in IELTS .
I am calculating my score in SIRC. What is my CLB? from calculating average its 8.5. What should i fill in the tool? 8 or 9 as CLB score? there is a vast difference in score between 8 and 9 CLB so i am tensed.

Points are awarded according to the lowest Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score obtained in
each of the four competencies: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
