BC PNP- Can one apply to 2 Streams

I have query regarding BC PNP.
Can someone apply to 2 streams - BC Tech program and BC International Student postgraduate stream under one profile, given that the applicant is eligible for both the streams.
And if it's yes, then can the applicant have both these 2 applications tied to one IRCC express entry profile?
