Yep, it was 45 for Oct 28th. I don't know why they remove the Oct 28th draw from that link.

$12k for PR+ BC PNP? Do they offer you a job in BC as well? Sounds like a scam or fraud service to me.

yeah well they do offer a job as a manager at gas station i suppose. but its not a scam ,my friend who moved about 2 months ago to bc from ON got his PNP through that guy in the last draw(ost 28th).

That do sound like a fraud honestly. Does your friend still work there or he stops after got his PR? Btw, if you work at a gas station, I doubt that you will be eligible for Low skilled stream.

to be honest i really have little to no information but i mean i won't invest my 12K in something like that without getting enough infor on it and yes he is still working there from what i've heard is that they will show $18 or $19/hour and will apply for pnp and when you get it they will charge you .but i get what your saying that it could be a fraud .im sitting at 447 right now in ON have WP until 2018 april will get 2 year EXP in jan next year so that will boost my score up to 460ish and if i retake ielts and get 8.5 it would be somewhere around 470ish .so what you think will be appropriate decision to make in my type of situation ?

You still lot of time. Don't move across the country and spend a fortune on a fraud lawyer. Wait for the upcoming changes.
