BC PNP and Manitoba PNP

Following to Manitoba PNP, for applying Manitoba PNP, we need connection in Manitoba and it could be even your friends who are living in manitoba more then 1 year and are Permanent resident of Manitoba.

My question is, if we have friends in BC, could be this use full in aplication under any category as Manitoba PNP?

The only important thing you should add in your application is relatives. And u should be able to proof that with a cetrified passport copy.
Unfortunately I don't think that 'friends' count.
