Basis of claim form

Hello everyone,
I had applied to sponsor my wife and everything was good.
My file was sent to Ghana office,medicals were done,biometeics done and submitted,waiting for final decision.
However I got a mail from Ghana requesting that I send to them within 30days
1)my wife's original divorce certificate(we initially sent the court resolution) .
2) My basis of claim form (refugee claim)
However I have contacted immigrayionbhere in Canada and I was told it takes 30 days to get my basis of claim form sent to me.
Did anyone have this same issue and what's your advice.

Submit copies of the receipts or acknowledgements from wherever you apply for them and a note that you will submit the documents once you receive them.
