My application was returned because apparently I had not submited the baptism certificate. (I know I had). Anyway I am going to be resubmitting my application with a baptism certificate since we do not have a birth certificate for my husband and India checklist says you can submit baptism alongwith either School leaving certificate or voters Id.
My husband does not have a voters id. We had submited Aadhar card. His school leaving certificate has a different version of his name and so we did not want to confuse IRCC. Anyone from India who had submitted baptism certificate, can you share your experience.
Did you notarize it the certificate and what additional proof did you give?
Can I submit an affidavit along with the baptism certiicate?
