Bank statement (urgent)

Can you please Help me regarding the statement of bank?

My uncle is responser me for study VISA. he has a busniess in canada.

so that his bank statement is flextuate constantly? i.e some time it has 2000 dollar in account some time more then 40 thousand dollar.

can you please let me know this type of statement is valid for study visa or not?

Is he your real uncle ?
Like Father brother or some thing like this ?
Its not good if he sponsors you. Has to be direct blood relation ideally. At the time of application, he should write an affidavit to sponsor all the education and living and expenses and he should have all the expenses required in his account at time of application and till you get your visa
