bank info required

I am a Pakistani student and got admission in masters program of Concordia university in Canada. I have around 25 lac in my bank account (plus a receipt of tuition fee of first year i.e 12000$) but this money has just been added two days ago (because most of it was given by my relatives), I cannot wait for 4 months since my classes are starting before that, so i have decided to take a loan on my fathers property, but i want this loan only for 3 to 4 months (visa processing time) and in return i can give the bank their due fees
Anyone know such a bank in Pakistan? Or is their any other solution of my problem?
( P.S My father has a property worth of around 55 lac... )
please help
