Bank Balance for CEC

Hi,

I have applied under CEC and got the file number by Feb 26,2013. Do I need to show bank balance in my account though I have not submitted any account statements.

How much should I hold in account? Will there be any possibilities for rejecting the application if I do not show that amount?

CEC does not factor, nor require financial disclosure! So, dont worry about finances. That certainly wont play a role in their decision, unless its some extraordinary problem that warrants consideration - meaning legal repercussions resulting in criminal charges.

Havent seen any cases on here. If this was significant, it would have been on the checklist. Dont sweat it.
