try call and ask what the deal is for applicants who have applied SPP/General paper-based in bangalore on the 11-12th onwards?! When can we expect a response?

This is my third week just now called to the vfs cc number enquired about my application and they said this is your third week of processing and it is processing in Bangalore and current processing time is 4weeks so you can get a decision in by next week. But still medical status is not updated and application shows in cic account not yet started. Lil bit tensed my college starts from 29th August

I think because my mobile is a pune number im either getting charged for roaming or something because i can't get through to them !! By this logic though, does it mean if i applied on July 12th Paper-based SPP application, then I should expect a response today / next week from tuesday - friday?

its been only 12 working days since i submitted my file at mumbai vfs under sppcategory i know i have to wait! but i am worried for the delay ..as there is no updates of anyone who had applied for so long and specially in spp category..as...spp category stands for short term processing less paper work and fast decision but its seems this is not happening through banglore vfs
