thank you everyone. how many police certificates need for Canada? From permanent address or from present address? However my MR passport doesn't have any address as it is issued in 2010. I live in Dhaka and when i went to DMP headquarter they told me to apply to the police super of my permanent address (sirajgonj). Is there any problem to collect police certificate from permanent address ? or i have to collect it from both places? need your suggestions.

Jewel vai, only single PCC/person should be sent to SGVO. Any PCC from anywhere of BD will verify your criminality information. So its sufficient to have one PCC either from present/permanent address.

DMP headquarter is just trying to make hassles for u, as u r BD passport holder, u can take PCC from anywhere of BD (present/permanent). U r not actually responsible for the missing present address of passport!! PP authority didnt issue MRP first phase PP without present address. In fact it is still absent. Currently present address for the second phase PP's is for local Guardian! Not PP holder's. U can add this info going to PP office, as i did earlier. They will cover a sticker having some info on just next page of ur detailed page of PP.

But nothing to do now if u dont have any strong reference on DMP. SO just apply ur PCC form ur permanent address ASAP.

Its not mandatory but preferable to add that sticker info on ur PP. It will not make any trouble for getting VISA for sure but there might have chances to some hassle from exit of BD immigration cause this is unpredictable about BD immigration officers. Beside, as that sticker will add ur father's name and guardian info, DMP would not tell u to take PCC from ur permanent address.

okk, I got the letter, it says we have to submit MR+PCR+RPRF+PASSPORTS to vfs within 30 days!! going nuts!!
