How did you understand that CIC's Tomcat Server is not working or having problem? But my ECAS still working as previous. Would you please clear us, what is the actual phenomena???

But the website is still saying that " Last quarterly update: October 30, 2013".

May be they have changed only few words in the page which isnt relevant to our processing time...

It has not been updated yet. Definately it will reach 30-31 months. I found no MR news lst 6 months except very very few ones.........

Just............wait & become frustrated.

Please visit the below page link, you may get some information whether your NOC Cap is reached maximum or not? Why are you suspecting that your application is rejected? I guess, if anything goes wrong in your application, CIC sure inform you by 2 or 3 months. Brother don't be hopeless, keep positive thinking in mind. Allah will help you.
