Your application is moving fast, so don't worry.

If you send everything they asked for thru VFS in Dhaka, then you should be able to check whether Singapore office received the package using the tracking number VFS gives you. Also, you will be notified when VFS receives the package back from Singapore.

Yes, submitting everything together is better. Use VFS to send them. You will get updates from them. No need to panic or rush.
