I did my BE mechanical engineering osmania university graduates in 2012.I went to USA in 2012 did my MS from Oklahoma state university and graduated in 2014 May and then worked on opt till 2015 October and on H1b till Jan 2017 and was laid off and came back to India on March 272017.Then again applied for us student visa for MBA and was rejected twice this April and then wrote ielts and got 7 in all bands

I submitted my application online on 27th July. I know it's pretty late to submit but I had an issue with my passport. Will I get my permit before 11th September?
