Bad scores in Academic , Any chances of getting the visa ?

Hi Everyone !
My Academic scores are not good , any chances of getting the visa ?
10th (2005) - 40%
12th (2007) - 40%
BCA (2011) - 69%
IELTS - 6.5 Overall

Please suggest.
