I'm having the same issue and need to submit it in 5 days, I even deleted my account and created a new one but keep getting the same error, and sometimes the website won't even let me log into the account (keeps sending me back to the canada.ca page after I click "sign in")

Me too I have 16 days left When it starts working I am submitting it. I was worried good thing people have experience this before and it is not just me.
