Bad gateway Error 502 when trying to start a new application.

Good morning everyone... every time I try to creat a new application, it gives me this message : "
Bad gateway
Error 502"
I have been trying since yesterday and nothing changed. Do guy have any idea to overcome this (if it can be done). If not, what do you think I should do?
I tried several different browsers and nothing changed... even tried incognito (I guess it is not a catch problem)
