Bad Gateway Error 502 when check full application status

Hello, I just find my current status changes from Submitted to Application/profile updated today. But when I click to "check full application status", it reports error 502. I just want to know is it just me or does anyone has the same question?

No. Its status returned back to "submitted" the next day. Nothing update.
