Okay but right after I logged out, it updated to "Application/Profile Updated". Wth, is that a maintenance thing or something? Or a bulk/batch update by IRCC? As I couldn't seem to be able to log back in and the page results in Bad gareway (error 502).

I think it is a bug. Almost everyone has this problem. This will probably fix it in a day or two
 
Had the same issue for hours. But now it seemed fixed, my status returned back to submitted, and can open the full appilcation now.
 
My status still shows Profie Updated and I am able to see my profile which wasn't working till an hour ago
 
I think system is down. Same thing happened with me. Ghost update is there but not able to open full application.
 
Mine was like that since last night,remained same throughout but right now showing same updated status but nothing is changed. I think it's bug that's affecting all profiles on massive scale
