backlogs confusing a lot need your help

i have done B.tech in Electronics and Communication from Chandigarh university with 6.0 CPA . I scored 7.5 in IELTS. i had 9 backlogs(only subjects without repetition). Now every agent is saying you have too many backlogs . they are giving me 1-2 colleges options with post graduate diploma in networking security in Canada (they get commission from colleges). i want to do an embedded system course because i have no interest in networking and i dont wanna have backlogs there in canada too.
please someone help and suggest me a college which can give me an embedded system course in canada. no city preferred .
and do embassy ask for backlog certificate too ??

Embassy will not ask about backlogs, backlogs will be asked by the college you want to apply to. La salle is more known for fashion and Lambton will take anyone since they dump all the international students in two campuses in Toronto and Mississauga, unless you get a program in the Sarnia Campus.

I would suggest that you apply to colleges yourself and don't go through agents who only want to make commission. I would suggest you send a mail to colleges that you are interested in or see their policy regarding backlogs. Some may not accept like Humber, which only accepts 4 attempted backlogs. However, you can certainly get more choices that what the agents are giving you.
