Background verification

Hi - we've been waiting for our background verification to be completed for a while (information sharing and criminality are done). All other steps are complete as well.

Any thoughts on what could we do to expedite or get more details? Filed for an ATIP request with CBSA almost two months back but was told that they are unable to meet the timelines due to the large number of pending requests.

I am in the same boat as you. I ordered my IRCC, CBSA, and CSIS notes. The only information I could get out of it was the officers ID and that my security was in progress.
