Respected Senior Members,

- Need your help please, i applied for my Parents Super visa in December and got refusal -- Online
- Applied in January 2016 with updated documents - Paper Based

But in Background section checked NO for previously applied visa and entry question. is there a way to send update the file ? as my Parents still haven't had the Medical request yet?

Please advice i don't know how i missed that to check Yes.

Looking forward for some help.

Hi,

You can send a Case Specific Enquiry..... explain that you checked 'No' unintentionally for the question/genuine oversight + give the details of their previous refusal

Hello Bryanna, really appreciated your response.
Will do as suggested do I need to attached the application form page again (page 3) to case specific enquiry or by explaining as you mentioned above will be enough.
And what do you think will they consider or add the information to the application?

Hi,

You must provide details of their previous refusal (UCI numbers, Application Numbers, date applied, etc) in the CSE.

Yes, of course, they will consider any previous applications/refusals when they assess the current applications

Thank you so very much really thankful. Surely will do. I know it's before time to ask the automated reply said if they don't replied within 15 days that means I have not provided complete information or case is in process.

Do you recommend after 15 days to send another CSE?
