Background Declaration /Personal History

Guys quick question :
1. Should i include my trip to home country during my studies in canada in Background declaration form where personal history is been asked?.Now CIC is more strict, I dont want to miss some thing and get my application returned

What does the form ask you to put down?

it says if you were not working provide information on what you were doing (unemployed , studying travelling etc )..but again in document check list it says in personal history you need to include all vacations

Also in same question, I am not working......so I put 03/2013 in from should i leave till as blank or put 11/2011 in that column as i am applying in november

1.Yes include all ur vacations till date
2.Dont leave any thing blank fill it with 11/2013
