Background Declaration form

Hello
I am looking for someone who can answer a few question regarding IMM 5669 Background declaration form
My question is about the personal history section.There were times when I was unemployed for a year and more.During that year I was traveling to different countries and sometimes it was more than one country in the same month.
How am I suppose to mention both the countries in the same column? or if i do separately is it okay to repeat the same month again?Plus I wasn’t traveling the whole month so the rest of the days were in my country of residency. I am very confused.
Let me know if someone went through something similar.

I have so many trips during the last years and I included all of them. If I was in more than one country in the same month, I included more than twice and it worked well.
Example:
From 2007-09 to 2017-09 Spain
From 2007-09 to 2017-09 Germany

It worked even repeating many times.
