1. U can expect your meds in another couple of months [if u r yet in the 29 list].
2. There's no harm in investing the funds in another fin-product.
3. Investing elsewhere doesn't affect your PR processing... but maintain the funds wherever it is.

Qorax

can u please specify the expected months. Then why it is not in process then ? after in process it takes also long time.

What if the NOC is/isn't in the current 29? Could you please discuss the both [if the NOC is in new list and if not]?

Many many thanks!

smiling_face :)

If one isn't in the 29 list - s/he should expect meds around 1.5yr+/- from the 2nd AOR, as per CIC's current indications.

The security checks procedure/timeframe/severity cannot be assessed as a basic standard. Much depends on the candidate's background, nationality, travel patterns, NASC database search, CSIS opinions, etc. Thus, no 2 cases could be same - even under similar timelines/conformity of Canadian residence.

I'm aware of your case thru Trackitt - nonetheless, I'm unsure what to opine... there could be many other variables holding-u-up.

As u have already approached your VO & other agencies before - just pray for an expedited outcome & repeat the query 3-4 weeks apart.

I repeat -- the e-Cas & the VO's activities r not in sync, many times.

Hi qorax,

What does "In process", but with RBVO details mean in the e-Cas system? My file is being process at Buffalo Office.

Many thanks in advance,
Stephen

Nothing special &/or noteworthy.
Just that your file is being 'worked-upon'.

Thank you for your quick response.

Is it in the file check or bg process or VO hasn't touched my file yet? Shall I have the medical examination done beforehand around Sept.?

I wanna order my CAIPS, but it seems more and more likely that Canada Post will go on strike...

Many thanks,
Stephen

buddy
DECISION MADE before MEDICALS seems to be a negative sign.
however, wait for any PAPER CORRESPONDENCE from CHC LONDON
GOOD LUCK

Thanks for the reply. But according to me it might be error becuase the status was "Decsion made" before getting 2nd AOR then it went to "In Process" when i got my 2nd AOR in Feb 2011.

Transfer of data from CAIPS to GCMS may have caused this...

I have heard that the files which were in CAIPS continue to remain in CAIPS until completion of the process. Only new files created after implementation of GCMS are in this system.
