your documents verification is in process, this is not done for everyone but some of the cases just to verify whre they feel some thing unclear
don't worry if ur paper r ok then it will be done soon. other wise they will ask u again to resubmit correct papers.

hello guys, need some help with regards to my application. i am a 2013 applicant. Came to know about this forum very late.

my employment verification occured one month ago. it went 50-50 as questions related to my employment went very well but as it was my previous employer so staff has been changed and some people were new like finance officer and administration guys. its been a month since i have heard nothing from LVO. i am from pakistan and the verification call was from islamabad CHC. need help what should be the expected reply afterwards. Why there is a delay from hearing them.

Dear All

I have applied under fswp 2014. I have already submitted medicals and RPRF fees. But few days back I discovered that I have wrongly filled IMM5669 form. I was refused a temporary resident visa to canada in 2012 which I was not aware of, as it was processed through my company. It came under my notice few days back that there were refusals at that time but passports were not stamped with refusals, a letter was issued stating UCI number and reason of refusal. Now my questions are -

Should I inform local VO for my mistake? Or I Have already passed background check stage?
I have received ITA under express entry too, can I withdraw application from FSWP 2014 and continue with ITA?
I read somewhere there are serious consequences of mis-representation, seniors please guide?

Dear,

You need to inform your visa office urgently on the visa rejection. They will eventually find it, it's better you inform them upfront, which will save you from misrepresentation. You need to mention in the letter it was an unintentional oversight, you found it just few days back. Also you need to send them the updated background form.

And you don't need to withdraw application from FSWP 2014 for this.

Could you,please, advise. The 3rd line was on May 9th, the passports copies were received on May 20th. It was mentioned in the medical request email, that you have 30 days to pass medical exams and send passports copies, which we did. It also said that after 30 days they will make a decision. It's been 3 months since then, no DM/PPR. I raised CSE and and got a reply that everything is received and your file is under final review. Two weeks since this answer. Does anybody know how long final review might take? Or this answer means nothing?

In final review your file program manager will recheck its completeness, if any documents or procedure is missing or not, if all is ok, manager will final issue his/ her decesion, and then it is called decesion made.
Don't worry soon u will hear good news be patient,

My time line is in the left.On 06-08-2015 2nd line updated,"We started processing your application on December 03,2014".
I am confused, after passing 8 months of processing they have updated 2nd line.What does it mean? Do they completed BGC-1?
If yeas, how long I will have to wait for MR? When will BGC-2 will be started? Please response.

I'm also in the same boat and received exactly same reply from SVO. We (all members) submitted Med report, RPRF and updated generic form in Jul'14.


Only difference is, I applied in Jan'11. Till then, waiting for the Wish of Allah!

BGC2 starts after 2nd line. consider that ur bgc started in Jan 2015.
I hope u r case is near to complete at final stage and if u have not received any email from vo means all process is smooth, with delays due to some unavoidable circumstances.

Thank U brother.After getting PER mail CIC sent me another mail on 09-03-2015 requiring additional information/documents regarding my job responsibilities.I sent those documents accordingly on 24-03-2015. After that no mail from them. It may be mentioned here that after PER I sent them the documents of my new born baby. Is everything going right way?
