Hi,

If u r not an NDVO case, by receiving meds - it's assumed that u've completed ur b/ground checks. After which, in only one situation those docs could be asked again, i.e. if ur file went to ECU, b'coz they reAssess the cases once again. This has happened with many since 2011. And with ECU we really cannot put a timeframe to our case processing.

Sorry for being unable to give out a/ny clear-cut response/timeframe.

Client 1 Required visa to be stamped on his/her passport while the client 2, do not required visa, possible he/she is is already Canadian or american Visa holder/passport holder.

I was confused because, in my first GCMS notes that I received in June, for Client 1, which is my wife in India, it is mentioned that "Counterfoil Required: No" but in the second notes that I got in August, same is mentioned as "Conterfoil Required: Yes".. I guess its because, by default this is "No" and later while processing the file they might have updated it to "Yes" for the person who is being sponsored. Correct me if I am wrong.

u r right, if both r not canadian and need visa then, it shold be YES, but it has no value. this u need at the last stage to issue ppr. nekeol

I dunno whats going with LVO, i told u before, i have been waiting since they approved my MR in January 2013... till now no response. I am going to order gcms notes this week.

Yes i think they are effected with strike.

this is MI3 - Fast track, regular announced time frame was only 1 years but now average time is almost 23 months in LVO

I have received the same reply since one month, when I asked about the status of my application, my medical results will expire in December 2013... and still now news.

Hi, I did medicals on 24 December 2012 and getting same reply whenever I ask for status update.

To be honest guys, I started to loose confidence from the answer we receive on our enquiries, because before I receive the medical results request by 2 weeks I sent email asking about my application status, they replied "your application is still Awaiting officer review" however the request for medical checks was sent by mail before the date of this email. this simply means that the emails that they are sending are related to your subject and they are not even looking to your gcms notes.
I dunno if someone can take the risk and ask them a question that is not related to his case.... lol. this will be so funny.
