I got a letter last with for the updated documents and RPRF fee but they didn't send me 6-12 months letter nor 18 months waiting letter.
I am awating or my Medical since a year.....

hi silversani, are u checking your gcms? where they are goving BFD (Due Date) for next, and medical situation also such as in progres, not started etc. nekeol

Hope you can advise me .
I did medical in August'2012. After that LVO asked to repeat my medical . So I did that in November as advised. My medical line appeared on ecas on3rd December'2012,
After that they asked to clarify few thing as few gaps were seen in my personal history. I did that too. After all these things my VO requested my updated pcc. I sent my new / updated pcc to LVO and it has been one month since they received that. But I still did not receive my ppr.
Most recently my VO sent an email for my CSI. He said ' We await completion of the background checks'. My question is why they are taking soo long. Where some applicant hot their ppr next of updated pcc or even next if their medical on ecas. By the way I never travelled any other country but living in the UK. My home country is Bangladesh.
I am very much in stress . Please give me some advice.
By the way I got my gcms note where I found in note section' possible Phep. Nothing els any negative comments.

i got 6-12 months wait letter 10 months before, now I have got new letter in March 1st with 18 months "not to contact immigration office" line added in bottom of page

hi, this is vo generic response to all for BGC. Visa Officer can only forward for next step, so when visa officer will review it will be forwarded for PPR inshalla. ur case is near to final stage. normally it take 2-4 months after medical. this also depends upon the quota of LVO. dont worry, enjoy life and be happy. now it is up to them. i will personlyy recomend to go Apply for GCMS. I am being very restless and worried. I know no one has the definitive answer . But why my BGCs are taking so long to complete?? I never ever committed any crime not even any one from my family. But why is this delay? I am sharing my feelings here because this thread is for People who are under BGC . I have been writing so many time and I am here again with same boring thing. What can I do buddy , I can't stop myself.

This is going to be one year since I was requested for mr . After that I got remedical. After remedical I got requested for Schedule A form and few clarification . After this I was asked to submit new updated PCC. After all those things I am still waiting for ppr. The last email I received from my VO was "we await completion of background checks and can not estimate when this will be completed"

What do you guys think about this? Why is this delay? By the way few friends who got remedical with me they are already in Canada. Do you think I should get on touch with VO ? Your comments will be much more appreciate.

File recd 3.7.12
File processing 11.9.12
Medical , passport, education , employment detail , rprf fees request. From ndvo dt 12.9.12medical & all other document submitted 26.9.12
Medical results have been received shown on ecas
Rprf fee dd encashed 6.10.12
But till now. No updation from ndvo
Query mail sent to ndvo dt 27.2.13 no revert till yet

Dear friends...

I recieved my GCMS notes before few days, i noticed the following:

Medical and criminality passed
Security is bending
No notes are hanging up my file

Also i sent inquiry for LVO yesterday
They replied on me today:
"Background checks are outstanding and are likely to take several months to conclude."

My question is from all of that why Security check is not over yet?
+ when i can get PPR ?

Especially i did medical befor 7 months?
