Here is a summery of my case, when should I expect second medical ?

Applied in : July 2007
Get the file number: August 2007
Update Request: September 2009
Update sent: Nov 2009
Medical Request Received: March 2011
Medical done and Sent: April 2011 (Already Expired)
Nationality: Iraq
Visa Office: London

I sent cic an email in November 2011, they replied back with "you application is undergoing background check and will take number of months"

Technically u should be getting it anytime now. Pls keep the faith !

can uhelp me my ecase shows inprocess but from yesterday the line of in process was red but the line ofin process is blue

what is the exact meaning?

That CAIPS notes in not updated with the POF. U r fine.

No harm at all... but might not be of much use. Send periodic queries to them instead.

Today passed by too and didnt get my PP back. I really dont want to go thru the whole re med process again.

Around Sep-12 u should have it. But no one can concretely predict that b'coz much depends on the vagaries of every case.

Around this Dec-12 ur file would come out of the 'wait-queue' & it's processing would reCommence.

Qorax: thanks a lot for your reply. I ask Allah (SWT) to make your prediction a fact.
How far do you think your prediction is consistent with others' cases. I need to bring your attention that it has been 8 months after I was asked to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, and it has been almost a year after the medical. what do think of these two points?? are you willing to pray for me, Please.

GROUP NAME: MI1- RFV Documents Pending (RFV , could be Ready for Visa or Ready for Verification ? )

ASSESSMENTS: ELIGIBILITY and CRIMINALITY its PASSED and MEDICAL its NOT STARTED, rest blank

PAPER FILE: OFFICE is ECU-MPR ( What could be MPR ? )

APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT : all the fields are blank ( I am worried as this is supposed to be the BFD etc)

ELIGIBILITY: ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT status is PASSED (on in process date)

ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT 2 status is MET (on 2nd AOR Date)

ADMISSIBILITIES: Although its assigned to various officers, all the dates are blank

CRIMINALITY: STATUS PASSED (in process date) , VALIDITY ( 2 yrs from inprocess date) DUE DATE 10 days before inprocess date

MEDICAL : STATUS NOT STARTED, UPDATED (inprocess date), DUE DATE ( 1 year from in process date, this has me worrying too !!!). Assigned to, and assigned by officer fields have the initials of officers, so i presume, the file has been alloted to some one..

CORRESPONDENCE: OUTGOING 1 CREATED and UPDATED on same day( in process date). REQUEST TO ISSUE - LETTER , DOCUMENT TYPE-APPLICATION TRANSFERED (?) DUE DATE is September 7th 2012. ( so should i get medicals then or a documents update letter ?? )

1. Yes, RFV = Ready For Visa. Ur IO hasn't opined that for u as yet [at least not yet logged that in ur GCMS].
2. Since mid-2012 many cases r handed-over to ECU for reProcessing/reAssessment. Unfortunately ur case might be one such.

This Jul [2012] ur file had come out of the wait-queue and its processing reCommenced. Give it another 3-5 months since then.
