LONDON VIA OFFICE ASKED ME FOR UPDATE GENERIC APPLICATION AND SECHDULE BACKGROUD APPLICATION ON 12-DECEMBER-2011 AND ASKED ME TO SEND THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS AND STATED THAT THEY WILL ISSUE MEDICAL UPON RECEIPT AND SENT THEM ON 22-12-2011 THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WHEN CAN I EXPECT MEDICAL TO BE ISSUED OR I SHOULD WAIT LONG TIME TO RECEIVE IT ? PLEASE ADVICE ME

Ask them thru an email query.

Misrepresentation [if detected], Criminality & Medical conditions [after PRV issuance], AND u could be denied entry [not revoked though] if u come-in w/out adequate funds.

SECCRIM is purely related to PCCs. U must be having an issue there thus it's yet 'pending'. Have they asked u for fresh PCCs? Or, were ur PCCs submitted already an yr-old?

About PPR after meds -- we have touched that many times over. It does take around 3-5 months to get after the med report was recd@RMO. I see that u did urs in Sep-11... which makes it around 4-months till date... which isn't a delay as yet. In all probabilities u could be hearing from them anytime now.

Just relax & have patience!

Yes CHC asked for PCC for Saudi Arabia and were provided three month b4 and PCC for Pakistan were provided in 2009. but in caips note they did not mentioned Saudi Arabia PCC received.

They will be scrutinizing ur documents, profile, quals, exp etc. as of now - since u haven't got the meds yet. Security scrutiny only occurs after the med reports r sent to them by ur DMP.
