I dont want to wait here coz my wife is waiting in canada. i m searching where our file is stuck in pakistan for security clearance but dont know yet..
can we apply mandamus before 1 year ? and can you reffer us your lawyer.

u can file mandamus when its time then stated in processing time. You can ask your wife to file it for you.
you dont know where ur file is ? Bro get hold on ur file first order ATIP notes or CBSA notes then think of writ. U already seem pretty unprepared. I have applied for my wife too im waiting for her here its just the time isnt lapsed much

my case is spousal. i m 2021 applicant..first stuck in covid then cleared my eligibility in July 2023 after long time, medical and pre-arrival also done in july 2023.. from july my last process of security is stuck.. called twice cbsa and gcms but not received yet even after 3 months... MP said its stuck from Pakistan all london work is already done...thats why i asked about mandamus-related help.

also if all london work is done then why is it at ss ? Calling wont help u need to get the notes. Also there is a significant delay and u r eligible to do mandamus and i bet once u do u ll see ur file moving and result in a month

spousal sponsorship, as my wife is citizen. and i tried many times even during process i only get cbsa once. before eligibility pass. but never get GCMS or cbsa notes after eligibility pass..really strange..
refer us a good lawyer if you know anyone.. we are already searching a good one.
