Background check still in process test marked as completed

I completed my test in December marked complete Dec 23 on the tracker but no request for any documents radio silence. That’s the part that I find weird. Most other applicants have been requested FP request or pp copy request

nice to keep this thread alive! Any one here on a family application, partner didn't yet receive her/his Invitation for test? while he did!

In the same boat as you guys. June 1st 2021 online applicant with the Test completed on Feb 11th. Everything else including the BG check is in progress. I do have a common name but my travel history is only 3 trips back home after PR landing. (Not quite sure if this counts as extensive). Also no FP or PP pages request yet. I did order my ATIP request notes though for which the request is in process and may take a month or more before I get it.

I check my tracker everyday and feel sad. It’s still no update as of dec 24 2021 and the only thing marked complete is test

No movement for me either. Although an interesting thing happened. I got another invitation to do the test, stating that I had failed my 1st attempt. (I cleared my first attempt, scoring 20/20). I was quite surprised to say the least. Contacted the Scarborough office and told them that my status of the test was ‘completed’ and in green on the tracker. And that I had already passed. Why the 2nd invitation? They were quick to respond saying that the 2nd invite was in error. back to everything in progress now on the tracker. Hoping the test will change to complete again. They also mentioned that my BG is in verification process and they’ll let me know once it changes via tracker.

My test has been completed but BG check is still in progress. Do you guys think it would be wise to email them(the same email that the test invite came from) to ask about an update for my file?
