How to check if my background check is in process or completed?

Hope everyone is doing well!

I submitted my BOC and received my AOC last November as well as my brown paper along with the work permit. I applied through a lawyer.

My question is how do you all track if the background check is completed or still processing?

I tried the online tool where I put my application number, date of birth, last name and country of origin but nothing comes back!

It doesnt work for H&C. You have to use the automated phone system. You will get an answer. Have you application number ready. You dont need to put your UCI in when it asks, just press 2 to skip that
