background check status for a group

I have a family of 4, and my wife's background check is marked as completed but rest of us are still in progress... i got a ghost update when my wife's BG marked as completed.

Is it normal ? how long would it take to complete my BG?

Its normal as BG check is applicant specific and if something pops up during their background check it may take time to complete.
