Background Check Good for How Long

Hi I had my background check done back in July/August. Are they only good for 3 months before they are considered out of date?

the general rule is that mississauga must receive the document as part of the entire application package (or visa office upon request) within 3 months of it being issued. mine was received within days of it "expiring" and i never had any additional requests.

well thats not good...I think mine expires the 28th and we are still waiting on papers for my husbands sponsorship part to send it all in...

i would still send it in, and order another one ASAP. FBI checks are now taking 12 weeks to process. You might get lucky, and they may not request a new one, though most likely they will.
