Background check before eligibility pass

Hello Everyone:

I ordered my GCMS note and which showed
Eligibility is REVIEW REQUIRED
Criminality is IN PROCESS
Did anyone has the same experience that background check before the Eligibility passed?
They have started processing my criminality since Aug 7th and I haven't received any update.
No Pre yet.
