I have a question about new born baby. My sister is a permanent resident and she gave birth to her child in Pakistan. Her husband is in Canada. Does anyone have such experience and guide me what documents were required to bring the baby to Canada from Pakistan?
Somebody told us that the immigration department will do extensive procedures to ensure the parent-child relationship in such a case, because the mom was in Canada but gave birth in Pakistan. What would they check so that my sister could keep all records ready?
