B4 and 4a forms

Finally I'm beginning to fill out the b4 and b4a forms to land as a pr.
But now I'm confused. The b4 is for goods I'm bringing now? And the b4a is for goods later? It just doesn't look the same. - I am bringing my car later- so where in the b4a does that go?

Also i read soemwhere that it is ok to seperate ur pods into 8 categories and list separately in an excel sheet and just have the totel in the form is that ok ?
And can that be done for both goods to follow and goods accompanying?

No. The B4 is the top sheet and the B4a(s) are continuation sheets to go with the B4.
You need two complete sets, one for goods you are carrying and one for goods to follow. For each set, you need two copies, one for you and one for Customs.
