Hi all, I am asking this question for my friend. She got her AOR on April 03. But she realized she had submitted the black and white Police Certificate (the original document was stamped in color). Today April 08, she submitted the color scan of the Police Certificate via web form.
Has anyone encountered or heard of the same situation before? Is she doing it the right way? Or Does she need to withdraw the application? Or what else can she do?
I asked her to call IRCC on Monday just to double-check. But often the staff who answers the phone might not able to give the correct answer.
