Just go through the topics in this forum - people are waiting for much longer since their medicals passed.
Once you have you medicals reviewed, the security check process starts and it takes god knows how long - there is no way to tell. For the majority of people it takes about 3 months, but for some chosen ones (like me - waiting since November 2017) it can take forever. Multiple factors contribute to the security processing time - your nationality, places you traveled to, military or government service, if you name is similar to a person of their interest etc.
