Awaiting PPR and CoPR requests - April 2020 AoR Applicant

Hi,

It's been a year and a half I been waiting for the subject requests from IRCC.
Please advise if I'll get the subject request soon since Canada is now open for outside PR applicants.
I've applied for Express Entry from Oman (currently working here) and not yet traveled to India (citizen) for the past 2 years now.
It's been an excruciating wait.

My Timeline as follows (approx. dates):

1. Express Entry Profile submitted on 4th June 2019
2. NoI from Alberta: 2nd Nov 2019
3. Paper docs couriered to Alberta on 27th Nov 2019
4. PNP from Alberta on 23rd Jan 2020
5. ITA received on 15th Feb 2020
6. AoR on 8th April 2020
7. Medicals Passed 11th June 2020
8. Biometrics completed on 1st Sept 2020 (once VFS opened after lock down)
9. GcKey / online portal updated / auto extended Medical Passed as 17th May 2021 (no re-medical done from my end)

Portal updates still as below:

a. Review of Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
b. Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
c. Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Hi,

Usually, there is mail for PPR on registered mail ID and there is no update on the CIC profile.

I received AOR in Jan 2021, still awaiting communication from them.

Hi,

Are you a CEC applicant or an external applicant (FSW)?

Understand some CEC applications are being fast tracked since the applicants are already in Canada.
