Sure! i did try AST 9:30 AM though , but still i got this respond.

I would say to keep trying. I just had a call with an officer who wanted to confirm my address etc, hopefully you will get an update soon too!

I called them just now , they asked few details and then officer said "all good with my application , it just taking time due to covid , once it approved they will send me the COPR." When did you submit your application ?

thanks for the quick response,actually why iam asking is , my passport is about to expire in DEC 2020, and PR is not yet anywhere so i am quite not sure whether to send my passport for renewal or not thinking in case COPR will come , but if it is for and year i think it sfine to send passport for renewal. is it fine?
