Average time waiting for AOR for CSQ in BIQ Vienna

Hi guys
Any idea what's the average waiting time for gettin AOR from BIQ Vienna? I've sent my app on Dec 21st, they should get it before end of the year, so it's been a month already, just wanna know do they actually recieved it.

BTW - AOR comes by email or by regular mail?

still no response, no repies for my emails, any idea what to do next? it's over 2 months now with no confirmation they've recieved it!

Hello, I dropped my documents in november and only now (end of april) my credit card was charged, that means it took them 4 months to just recieve them, after the cc has been charged it will be soon that I get the AOR (less than a month) but after that according to the info online it will take them between 5 to 7 months to process the application, and then to issue the QSC.

So i would say if you dropped your documents in the vienna office in december, by the end of April you will be getting the AOR.

my update is:
recieved mail to send additional documents on March 26th, documents sent on May 11th, today recieved mail that my file is opened and under study...
